Conservation Referral List

This list is meant as a starting point for institutions and individuals seeking contractors for conservation and/or preservation services in the Central (Upstate) New York region.

Listings represented here are not to be construed as endorsements. The American Institute for Conservation has an excellent guide to selecting a conservator. AIC also has a form for selecting a conservator by specialty and geographic area. Note, the form only lists those conservators who are Professional Associates of AIC, a designation which is awarded to those conservators with a higher degree of training and professionalism.
