Assessment Team
Among the initiatives set forth by the Targets for Transformation strategic plan goal of a highly user-centered culture is user services assessment. In early 2003, an Action Team was convened to develop a rationale to guide the implementation of a program to assess Library service activities. To meet this objective, the User Services Assessment Program Development Team proposed the creation of a standing team to facilitate the systematic measurement and assessment of Library services. Composed of selected staff from across SUL, the new Assessment Team will enable crossfunctional participation and integration of effort.
