The CFDA describes all Federal programs, and this site allows users to search in many different ways (e.g. by functional area, by agency, bye eligibility, by type of assistance, and more. - Federal Business Opportunities
For any Federal government procurement opportunities over $25,000. Government buyers may publicize their business opportunities by posting information directly to the FedBizOpps site.
- GovBenefits
This site helps individuals find government benefits they may be eligible to receive. Confidentiality is promised by the site.
- GovLoans.gov
Centralized web site for dozens of federal loan programs. Assists users with application, comparing loans, determining loan program requirements, etc. Links to online loan calculators, credit reporting agencies, and other web resources.
- Grants.gov
This site allows users to find and apply for competitive grant opportunities from all Federal grant-making agencies. Includes an electronic application process. (All Federal agencies had to begin posting grant opportunities online by November 2003). Users have the option of signing up for email notifications of new grant postings.

- GrantsNet
Links to agencies within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) that list funding opportunities on their websites. HHS is the largest granting agency in the federal government and awards approximately 75,000 grants each year. You will also generally find these opportunities listed in CFDA.

A committee print of the House Ways and Means Committee. Provides statistical data on major entitlement and social programs, e.g. Medicare, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG), etc.
