  • New York State
    Official state site. Links for business, employment, education, recreation, health care, etc. Includes some press releases.

  • New York State Assembly

  • Office of the Governor (New York State)
    Includes selected news briefs, updated daily. Key Documents includes state of the state and other addresses.

  • Open Book New York

    A project by the Office of the State Comptroller that identifies spending for local governments and State agencies, and displays State contracts. You can find out how much government spends on everything from travel and employees’ salaries to public safety and consultants. You can also search State contracts to see who is doing business with the State.   Contains glossaries that define terms and frequently asked questions sections.

    Links to information services provided by New York State Government agencies, the State Legislature and the Judiciary.

  • New York State Library
    Catalog is excellent source for NYS agency publications.

  • Digital Collection of New York State Agency Documents
    The NYS Library scans documents from NYS agencies so NY State Depository Libraries can access the documents in their entirety via the web.
